In 2002, Ralph embarked on his journey with a revered builder in Dallas, Texas, rising from Sales Professional, to Sales Manager, and eventually a remarkably profitable Division President. This pivotal role afforded him an opportunity to deepen his expertise and amass comprehensive knowledge in construction management. He ascended to the role of Senior Vice President of Sales, contributing significantly to the company's esteemed "Builder of the Year" accolade in 2011.
In 2012, Ralph took a bold step and established Sales Solve Everything, a training and consulting firm specializing in new home sales. Supporting a diverse clientele of home builders nationwide, the company has aided over a hundred clients across the U.S. Ralph's enduring success in the industry attests to his exceptional leadership, profound industry expertise, and unwavering dedication to excellence, always underpinned by a foundation of honesty and integrity.
His lifetime of experience makes him an outstanding candidate to rally support for the launch of his latest venture, Pyvot Homes in 2023.

Jordan Formby


As a seasoned professional in new home construction, Jordan Formby brings a unique skillset of expertise to the table. As a long time resident of West Fort Worth and Aledo, Jordan is passionate about community. She volunteers with Aledo school organizations and her local church. Relationships are her highest priority, and Jordan has a strong network of friends and professionals, many of whom she assisted in the buying and building experience.

With nearly three decades in the home building industry, Stephen Meers expertise in new home construction, purchasing, estimating, and quality control is backed by a successful career that spans various leadership roles within prominent Dallas-based home builders. Throughout his time in the industry, Stephen has successfully built over 2,400 homes in North Texas.
Stephen's comprehensive understanding of the entire construction process stems from his background as a Builder, National Purchasing Director, Production Manager, and Purchasing Manager.
Stephen establishes clear and concise expectations upfront, ensuring strong communication and project management throughout the entire construction process. His unwavering commitment to excellence and emphasis on prioritizing customer satisfaction distinguishes him as a leader in the home-building industry.
