He ascended to the role of Senior Vice President of Sales, contributing significantly to the company’s esteemed “Builder of the Year” accolade in 2011.

In 2012, Ralph took a bold step and established Sales Solve Everything, a training and consulting firm specializing in new home sales. Stephen’s comprehensive understanding of the entire construction process stems from his background as a Builder, National Purchasing Director, Production Manager, and Purchasing Manager.
